Taylor Byrd serves as President of DealerRE and helps lead the company's nationwide work with dealers exploring reinsurance opportunities. Vice President of DealerRE
Parker Byrd brings direct dealership experience to his role as Vice President of DealerRE. Before joining the company in 2018, he worked at two local dealerships as both an F&I Manager and Salesman, giving him firsthand insight into the daily realities dealers face when implementing profitable protection products. That background helps him connect with clients in a practical, operations-focused way. Parker also served in the Army Reserves as a CH-47 mechanic and later as a Crew-Chief, experience that strengthened his discipline and problem-solving approach. Today, he helps DealerRE clients understand how reinsurance structures can support stronger F&I performance, better customer retention, and more controlled program outcomes across modern dealership environments.
Office Manager / Controller
Heather Spruill joined DealerRE in 2013 after earning her MBA and has become a key part of the company's client support and operational management. As Office Manager and Controller, she helps ensure the administrative side of DealerRE runs smoothly, supporting clients with responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail. Her commitment to service is reflected in the way she handles communication and internal coordination, helping dealers feel supported throughout onboarding and ongoing program administration.
