President

That background helps him relate closely to dealer principals and finance teams looking to improve performance through reinsurance. Parker also served in the Army Reserves as a CH-47 mechanic and later as a Crew-Chief, experience that reflects his discipline and operational focus. At DealerRE, he helps clients translate reinsurance strategy into practical, dealership-ready execution.
