Before joining DealerRE, he worked at local dealerships as both an F&I Manager and Salesman, which helps him relate closely to the challenges dealers face today. Since joining the company in 2018, Parker has supported dealers seeking more control over profitability, customer retention, and product performance. His operational perspective is strengthened by military service in the Army Reserves as a CH-47 mechanic and crew chief, where precision and accountability were essential.
