Taylor Byrd serves as President of DealerRE and helps dealers understand the strategic opportunities available through opening and operating their own reinsurance company. Taylor has also appeared on industry podcasts and co-authored business-focused work on customer relationships. Vice President of DealerRE
Parker Byrd brings direct dealership experience to his role as Vice President of DealerRE. Before joining the company in 2018, he worked at two local dealerships as both an F&I Manager and Salesman, giving him firsthand insight into the daily realities dealers face when evaluating product performance, profitability, and customer experience. That background helps him relate closely to clients and recommend practical reinsurance solutions that fit modern dealership operations. Parker also served in the Army Reserves as a CH-47 mechanic and later as a Crew-Chief, experience that strengthened his discipline and team-oriented leadership style. His blend of dealership knowledge and operational focus makes him a valuable resource for dealers implementing reinsurance programs.
Office Manager / Controller
Heather Spruill joined DealerRE in 2013 after earning her MBA and has become a key part of the company's operational and financial support structure. As Office Manager and Controller, she helps ensure clients receive organized, responsive service from the first phone call through ongoing account administration.
